Liam McArthur is a Liberal Democrat, who will vote ‘no’ to independence, but will request far more powers for the local and regional communities throughout Scotland and the United Kingdom. He understands the upcoming referendum to be “a great opportunity for more democracy” in Orkney, Scotland and the UK.
