The European Public Sphere

A mobile geodesic dome - the Europe Dome - travelling Europe's public spaces and inviting all passers-by to enter and develop ideas for the future of Europe. That's the essence of the initiative  'European Public Sphere'!

The European Public Sphere organises stops all over Europe and invites local and international cititzens, organisations, administrations, and decision-makers to take part in the debates. Since its start in 2017, the Europe Dome has welcomed more than 1100 participants under its roof in more than 110 Dome Talks in 13 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czek Republik, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Spain (Basque Country), The Netherlands, and virtually in Ukraine.

Citizens' ideas, concerns and concrete solutions have been published on the project website in several Catalogues of Ideas and Story Maps which we regularly send out to political decision-makers across Europe.

Summaries of our Dome Talks and all Dome Talks in full length can be found on our YouTube channel.
