The European Citizens' Initiative Forum is an online collaborative platform that offers support to citizens in different stages of organising an a citizens' initiative. The Forum provides practical information on the tool and allows citizens to discuss EU policies and potential initaitives. It also helps citizens in the first stages of organising an initiative, from finding partners in other countries to seeking expert advice on campaigning, fundraising, or legal issues. The objective is to foster interaction between potential organisers, citizens and experts on the topic of the European Citizens' Initiative.

The Forum can provide citizens with the opportunity to: 

• LEARN more about the European Citizens' Initiative through guidance materials and webinars;
• DISCUSS the European Citizens' Initiative and their proposals for initiatives;
• CONNECT with other citizens intersted in teh same EU topics and initiatives;
• SEEK ADVICE on tailored campaining, fundraising or legal issues by submitting an enquiry. 

The European Citizens' Initiative Forum is operated by the European Citizens' Action Service on behalf of and under contact to the European Commission, with Democracy International as a subcontracor.
